Asalam o alaikum. Muje meri 1st pregnancy mai pata chala tha k muje uterus mai huge fibroid hai. Par wo pregnancy through out smooth rahi or normal delivery hui. After 9 months mai phr pregnant hui bt unfortunately miscarriage ho gya. Meri bleeding after 40 days b ni ruk rahi thi spoting hoti thi. Maine umra pr jana tha tau mje injections lagae bleeding rokny k or premolut N tab di k 2+2+2 laini hain roz. Ab mera problem ye hai k mera cycle bht disturb hai. Periods kbi kbi late ho jatay hain. Par bht heavy hoty hain pr duration un ka 5 days hi hai. Mera Hb in 5 days mai hi down ho jata. Mai concieve karna cha rahi hun ni ho raha. Muje periods k bad bhttt zaida pani ata hai 7 8 din tk. Thora b ni bht xaida k washroom janay tk kapry kharab ho jatay hain. Is ka muje bht masla hai. Muje kon se test karwany chaye kiya karna chaye. Mri or ultrasound reports attached Kindly guide me
you need surgery asap as this lockdown get over fibroid is big in size and no treatment can supress it during peroids tske cap transamine 1gm three time too if you havr so much bleedjng along eith primolut n
You need to have surgery to remove fibroid as soon as possible. Also need blood transfusion before surgery.
It is quite a large fibroid, since how long are you trying for baby. As you are having heavy bleeding and delay in getting pregnant I think it should be removed, You can book an appointment with me if you want it to be removed

Uterine artsy Embolisation is not good choice for this fibroid, you should go on line and read about it

Meri 1st delivery isi fibroid k sath hui thi or normally hui thi. But aftr taking tablets my cycle is disturb.

Vaginal discharge might be due to some infection you need to be examined and we need to take high vaginal swab

Maine uterine artery embolization karwana hai. Par abi mera problem watery discharge ka hai. Pehly aesa ni tha par ab bhtttt zaida hai after periods 7 8 days continously ata hai. I m sick of it

but if its foul smelling then kindly cons7lt gynsecoligist so that nature of secretion can be seen and high vaginal swab taken ti rule out infection
