Talk to Gynecologist on Periods And Chest Cups

every time 7 or 10 days before my periods my chest cups get bulky and nipple hurts.. as my period starts chest cups get back to original size...what should i do as it is very painful and kapron ki shape bhi kharab lagti hai during this time.
