How many children do you have? Any previous surgeries? Plz get a Doppler ultrasound to determine the characteristics of cyst and blood flow. You also need to get a blood test CA-125. After these tests I can plan your management.

W.salam dear, kindly share ur scan report here. Did u took any hormonal treatment or not? If treatment k bawajod bleeding ni ruk rhe,then u must have a diagnostic DNC and certain blood tests.

-Dear many points missing those need to know to guide u well. Cyst when observed first??? Had follow ups??? It's size increased in how many days /months /years?? Any other medical issue or any symmptom like weight loss etc????
-u need detailed discussion on history, Examination (better local hysteroscopic Examination if serum Beta hcg comes Negative so first have serum Beta hcg to Exclude pregnancy, if it comes positive have urgent Evaluation in Gynae Emergency to have emergency intervention. But if beta hcg negative then need detailed investigations for unscheduled bleeding,if beta hcg comes negative have transvaginal scan for cyst (size, consistency etc),cervical smear, high vaginal swab, complete blood count, thyroid function test etc.
-if serum Beta hcg reports negative u Need to have All above labs and follow with reports.
-continue bleeding is not good at this age so have urgent work up as I advised above with nearest gynae if beta hcg negative. In case of positive beta hcg have Evaluation in gynae Emergency for urgent Intervention.
