it seems infected-wound swab shud b taken and sent fr histopath-anyways keep the wound clean wth water and soap-use of cotton wool only is nt advisable-keep it dry wth tissue paper-once used-diacard...tiny fibers of cotton might gt entagled in the wound...now examination only can tell wt ll b the next part of management...

salaam. do your wife have fever...if no fever less likely this is infected wound. there is induration...she should take some anti inflammatory tab chymotrip 3 tines before meals and tab inflamatix 100 mg twice a day. keep it dry...in shaa Allah it will befine...if she is having fever then she need examination by gynaecologists.

w/s and so kind of you to answer from 2 days now she is having in injection for infection and now wound is healing with hole closing on wound. also no fluid coming out after pressing now , thanks doc you are very kind and professional
