This is my 2nd pregnancy. Its my 6 week of pregnancy. My 1st baby is still in mother feed. Im having extreme nausea with stomach ache . Can’t even eat anything even after a gap of 8-9 hours. Kindly suggest some medicine. Also should I continue feeding my child or left it.
