I had my d &c on 26 november Thursday. On Friday the doctor did my ultrasound and said that there are few retained pieces of conception in your uterus. She gave me few medicines and called me after one week. What should i do now why is my uterus still not clean after d & c

Where is the ultrasound report? What is the size of retained product of reception?

I dont have the report but the doctor said there are 10% pieces in the lower part
