Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage D&C

i had 6 weeks miscarriage on 2 October. after D&C Doctor gave me ponston forte 500mg that if i feel pain then can use it. when it starts pain in my ovary and utreus also bleeding start with it then i use 1 tablet and pain stops also bleeding stop. i am worried because i know bleeding should be necessary that it is dirty blood and should be eliminate. what i should do now.
