Yes u can have normal relations with ur husband . Eat healthy and give ur body some time to regain the strength so don’t stress to get pregnant .

wait for 3 months atleast.
take healthy diet..proper sleep.
stay at home till city situation improves.
take folic acid daily.
in next pregnancy once your pregnancy test positive start tab duphastone 10 mg two times daily for one month atleast.
