Talk to Gynecologist on Late Periods/Fertility

I'm married for 1 and half year. Had miscarriage 15 months back. Then started taking fertility medicine. Had mature follicles also whenever my doctor asked for ultrasound on13/14 day of cycle. My periods have been always regular but after taking medicines it would go for 30 to 34 days. I'm taking medicines for 10 months. Now it's been 38th day I haven't got my period. Can see some whitish watery discharge not everytime but like after once a day or after two since missed periods also having cramps since day 29. HCG urine test is negative. Is it still possible I'm still pregnant? And should I go for beta HCG? Need your sincere advice please. JazakAllah
