I am pregnant about 13 weeks, my B.P is high about 135/88. I use Aldomet 250 mg 4 times in a day.but my headache is continue..what is the reason of headache and my baby will be save or not due to high blood pleasure???

suggest ur attending OBG to prescribe uterine artery doppler fr u so tht she can assess tht how ur pregnancy ll continue,to determine any risk fr developing hypertensive disorsers etc.
take 7 to 10 glass of water insha Allah ur Bp will b normal
