Talk to Gynecologist on Heavy Bleeding

Hi Dr My last Was 11 September plus an early miscarriage. After a few days on day 9, I went for polyp surgery. This month delayed almost 15 days (45 overall ) Now periods started naturally but the issue is heavy bleeding like I’m changing stuff 4 to 5 times in an hour. The pregnancy test was also negative. Today is the 5th and I can’t see any change flow. May I request your to please advise on it Many thank you
