I am 28 weeks preg. My GTT with fasting was normal and 9.9 came out after one hour glucose intake and after 2 hour was normal again.
My doctor told me to eat one banana at a time. I want to ask how much I have to control in full day? Can Inest mangoes oranges etc? I am not taking cold drink soda juices etc.
