I had heavy bleeding and cloting on second day and i bleed a lot with 3-4 inches clots Everytime. After 36 hours of bleeding my periods stopped. I visited gynae and she asked me for ultrasound (report attached) she had doubts of miscarriage. But nothing comes up on ultrasound. Then on 5th day I again had bleeding (lighter ones).
But after that I am feeling extreme drowsing, vomit type feelings all the time, sometimes I am unable to stand and I feel like drowsy and leaving my consious level.
Please let me know what other things it can lead to. I was quiet normal before my periods.
Periods was on time as per application tracker. Only I got the change in cycle from last 3 months. I used to had 24-36 days cycle but from past three months cycle had moved upto 30-31 days.
I did my PT test as well on 3rd day of bleeding to diagnose if it could be an early miscarriage. Nothing shows up on it.
My condition is extremely down and I am not observing fast as today was the 7th day
use cap transmin 500mg tds and tab ponstan tds for 5 days than again scan for pathology
please go for serum beta hcg to Confirm that you were pregnant or not on urgent basis...also go for cbc test to see your haemoglobin level. ..

Sure I will do that
I checked pregnancy via strip when I was bleeding with clots. But nothing showed up there and ultrasound was done on third day when there was no bleeding. Nothing showed up on ultrasound

Take transamine only if you're still bleeding. If the bleeding has stopped already, you don't need it.
You must, however, get a CBC done ASAP

if not see registration of period and scan again as thickness of endometrium

When shall I get it scanned again? Any particular date. Today is 8th day of cycle
