im 7 week pregnant i have my 1st ultrasound in 4 week of pregnancy all ok and sac 10mm at 1st ultrasound then i go for 2nd ultrasound in 7th week of pregnancy found sac 27.8mm but no fetus pole shown but i feel all pregnancy feelings should i wait for some more time or not my period are 32 days cycle
