Does excercise delay period? if yea then should i stop it? bec i strared facing irregular periods.
No...excercise is good for regular periods....if too much excercise like athletes n weight loss it may disturbed hormones n menses
Too much excercise and changes in weight may cause periods to be irregular..
u shud continue excercise in modesty that is 30 to 60 min daily for 5 days a week and myscle strengthening excercises at least 2 days a week but again im stressing in moderation with clean eating..Good luck
