Talk to Gynecologist on Dizziness

hello.(history: i gave birth via c section 4 months back. mujhay 3-4 saal pehlay ear infection hua tha jo theek ho gaya tha but usually ear mei pain rehta hai). not the problem is pichlay 2-3 weeks se i feel very dizzy and light headed. mujhay mere jaws mei pain hota hai. sir mei constantly pain rehti hai low si. eye sight eik dum kafi weak lagnay lag gai hai aur i forget things too much. i cannot concentrate on anything. mei 1 sec pehlay kam ker k bhool jati hun. khud cheez rakh k 5-10 min pehlay yad ni rehta kahan rahi yeh yaad hota hai k rakhi thi. what can be the reason. kis doctor ko consult kerun? ent? ya general physician?
