Was..if u have regular cycle, not over/ under weight,no diagnosed medical disorder, or past significant surgical history ,husband healthy & living with you ( not abroad), no need to perform any test for ur fertility at least up to 1 year after marriage!

Dr ovary tissue saved cyst size was 4cm , is this cause any infertility or reason of concieving late ?

It’s good as ovarian tissue preserved but still need follow up pelvic scan from radiologist/ expert gynaecologist . . Do visit for further evaluation! If everything comes ok , then fine.
