Talk to Gynecologist on Blood Deficiency During Pregnancy

its start of 2nd Trimester of my pregnancy. iam physically weak want to overcome blood deficiency as this lead to many complexities in later stages. Are dry fruits (specially Pista Rich iron content) good for pregnancy & to increase blood content? if not pls suggest good natural source of Fe.
