person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 33.5 years old, UK

I was prescribed zapain 30mg for pain relief for gall stone. It said take one four times a day. It also said do not take more than two at a time. I had one at 5am but by 645am my pain had increased so i took another. As it had had said do not take more than two at a time, i assumed it was ok to take two at a time or at an interval of 1 hr and 45 mins. Is that ok or should I be worried? Please advise . Thank you.

you can take 2 tab 3 times daily, thats a better pain reliever option,
Gall bladder pain not only needs pain killers, once it starts, have to take full consultation n other treatment also, if its inflammed better get it removed after settelment of infection.

Yes you can take but if gall stones are symptomatic then its better to go for its better and proper treatment which is cholecystectomy. Not only pain killer. Soo my advise for you is ti take proper and full treatment
