Aoa dr my Q1 : is biopsy do in every colonoscopy and endoscopy ? And is it safe I heard it cause cancer in later.

Whether biopsy is to be taken or not depends on patients symptoms and indication varies accordingly. It is a safe, routine sample taking procedure. It dosent cause any pain to the patient because only very small pieces are taken and no pain receptors are affectef. Taking Biopsy dosent cause cancer. Someone has misguided you. If some doctor has advised it, the benefits overway the risks.

Dr is capsule endoscopy as same as endoscopy? This both same beneficial or what’s the difference in diagnosis diseases?

During Capsule endoscopy patient swallows a camera capsule. which while goes down the foodpipe, stomach and intestines takes pictures and later doctor interprets the results.
Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy are done with a tube which has a small camera fitted on it so that doctor can see the insides properly.
Doctor cannot take any biopsies with a capsule endoscopy and it is not done for routine purposes. it is donw for seeing specific parts of the bowel.

Dr I have gerd , abdominal pain , nausea , diarrhea , heart palpitations, weight loss symptoms , my fecal occult blood came positive but h pylori and fecal calprotectin negative , is capsule endoscopy is good in my case or simple pipe endoscopy?

First upper G.I endoscopy and colonoscopy is done. Afterwards, if the need be capsule.
