Talk to General Practitioner on Vitamin Level 18.5 Ng, TSH Level 7.8

My wife is suffering from hand n feet numbness from past 14 days 28 july till now 15 aug . We had n drop d injections capsules 3 times, osnate d daily, cac 1000 3 times daily, ensure twice a week, qalsan d started 3 days ago, report came on 10 aug that vit d level 18.5 ng TSH level 7.8 . That much vitamins were taken even sunlight for 3 days for half an hour for past 3 days but that numbness in fingers toe, hands, legs , pain in back even near cheek jaws teeth are still occuring . Vit b12 is 561 in report. Showed neuro nmc , jinnah neuro, Thyroid doctor too with the same reports. But no sign of improvements nor numbness goes away . No children nor planned. It was her first time this sivere in hospital no other medical history or operation occured. Its 17th day today but the pain n numbness goes by and come by itself. All docs checked but saying its normal will get it ok with vit d . Even pain killers dont work at times, she also take complete sleep but still.. any suggestions or does v
