Hi, I am experiencing extreme hunger. I am always tired and lethargic. I have become very short-tempered. I have occasional mild pain in chest area in the middle.I am always sleepy. My sugar level not controlled as I am on delta cortil (also taking evopride 2/500 and human R 10+0+10). I can't complete a single task. I feel like blood is filled in my ears. I am hypertensive and taking co renetic for it but BP always between 120/80 -130/90. Very heavy head and very tired. body hurts and always lazy. I look visibly sick and annoyed.

First thing I want to know is that why are you on deltacortil as it's a steroid ? what's the indication.
Your BP is controlled,
Symptoms that you are suggesting, is it along with heat intolerance you may need a work up of your thyroid.
Diabetes by itself can cause all these symptoms by itself even at this young age.
do you have weight loss and hair loss also?
You need work up with endocrinologist who also specialises in control of sugar
From your side please go to the good endocrinologist as diabetes effects every organ in the body, also mild chest pain could be due to symptoms of gastritis secondary to deltacortil as it's a common side effect of corticosteroid .
Still you shouldn't ignore any symptoms
Please as soon as possible physically contact an endocrinologist and cardiologist.
Take good care of your diet, your timing should be regular please and also take care of what food you are eating. Hb A1c will help as it will tell how adequate is your sugar control for past 3 months

firstly i would advise you not to worry or panic as diabetes is a very common and is a curable disease. the main aim of the treatment would be to modify you lifestyle.
I would encourage you to maintain a health lifestyle by doing daily exercise and have a balanced healthy diet.
The questions i would like to ask you are
1. what is you weight.
2. since how long have you been using the given medication.
3. why are you taking deltacortil.
4. Are you pregnant at the moment.
5. do you have any history of kidney disease.
I would just like to say that most of your symptoms fit into excessive use of deltacortil as is cause the blood sugar to rise.
There is a thing called KETO diet i would like you to take a look at it if you can.

i had covid and only took delta cortil for 28 days
insulin for 40
now on evopride and corentic
unable to control any thing
weight gain, anger, emotions, blood sugar level and bp
spiralling down every passing minute

Add long acting insulin at bed time and omit Insuin in evening
use anxitolytic at bed timr
what are your blood sugars ? have u done your hba1c levels ?
and secondly why are you on deltacortil
Go for some tests like TSH, Blood complete picture etc. Tell the reason why you are on Deltacortil
