it started 1 year back when I visited Saudia. all the time feelings of stuck phlegm I'm restless all the time due to this condition . is it allergic , viral or bacterial ???
any other symptoms associated? fever, weight loss, fatigue,dryness
Do u have cough also?? What about fever and other associated problems?
Ok nothing to worry about, just take anti allergic (softin-F 120 mg once daily at night for 5 days) and take steam (it usually liquify sputum and helps relieving congestion) and do gargles with normal saline or by mixing salt in water, also get ur chest x ray done and show me afterwards.

I don't have cough just feelings of excessive sputum stuck in my throat .
And irritation in my throat.

Do the d following tests, chest x ray, sputum c/s, cbc ESR. Post Haj or post umra syndrome is a recognized condition. It is due to exposure a person to pathogens during Haj or umra. Therefore it is necessary to seek medical help immediately if a person feels sick during Haj or umra. Mostly but not always this condition is due to pathogens foreign to country of patient's. However susceptible groups are also at risk
Consult some near by pulmonologist. Your symptoms suggest some viral infection. Meanwhile take symptomatic treatment.
Take tab.rigix twice a day
Keep yourself hydrated
Avoid fatty and spicy food
Take steam once a day
Do gargles of Luke warm water and a pinch of salt
Take warm milk with a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoon of honey every night.
Get your chest xrays done
