15 years back I suddenly felt that I have a racing heart, excessive sweating and dry mouth and shortness of breat and I thought that I'm facing a heart attack. I was in UK at that time so rushed to hospital and hot every test done through NHS and was dignosed with anxiety/ panic attacks. l didn't know what anxiety is at that time so my situation got worsened as this decease was like a nightmare also I developed the fear of heart attack which triggered 100s of panic attacks. I came back to Pakistan to spend time with family but these panic attacks didn't stop and the issue elevated. after consulting a psychiatrist I was prescribed with medication SIPRALEX, ALP.5 AND INDIRAL the issue was 80% fixed within few months. I got a great job in PK also got married at the age of 27 and decided to stay in Pakistan however the anxiety of heart attack due to racing heart has always stayed so I've been taking Seroxet ALP.5 and indiral 10mg periodically but the passage of time I got edicted to I try
get your thyroid profile done 1st then followup

I actually wrote everything in communication but only half of it is posted
blood pressure is usual okay but after taking a meal it is normally high due to bloating and gas.

Take it regularly.. Start tab Norvasc 1 in the morning

Yes you take it after breakfast... And take Gmet syrup for stomach problem 2+2+2

So I thought I have to take them for years so I continued considering anxiety is incurable and I had to use them for life.

Have you tried other methods to cure anxiety like besides medication? cognitive behavioral therapy?

yes, when met a psychiatric in UK and he gave me a book as a cure which was about panic attacks and it really helped.

Pl reapporach to your Pchycatrict
Serum T3 T4 TSH , CBC, serum urea creatinine URIC Acid levels , X-ray PNS . Have u ever gone through any trauma in life which is unforgettable? This is purely psychogenic, acute anxiety. You need psychotherapy & counselling. You cannot stay on anxiolytics for long .
