was there a history of trauma? you have mild scoliosis which can be treated with exercise and scoliosis directed physiotherapy.

you need to avoid long drives and if you cannot then u need to use the back pillow on your driving seat and ensure a proper posture.

General Practitioner in Karachi - Dr. Shaima Amjad

Hello..!! Well your report doesn't say anything acute.. But yes there are some changes in the lower spine (lumbar spine) which are the result of wear and tear of the discs with time.. You need some exercises and physiotherapy alongwith the symptomatic pain relief with medication. For an expert opinion, you may consult a Neurosurgeon..!! Thank you

From neurosurgery and orthopaedic

General Practitioner in Karachi - Dr. Lubna Masroor

Well in your case you just need to treat the symptoms. Like pain relieving exercises which a physiotherapist will guide you better, then next avoid those activities that increase the pain, if still you have pain then you can take some medication to relieve pain. watch your weight as well. More weight will exert more stress on your backbone.. if any other advice or need to discuss you can book an appointment. thanks

Salaam
MRI suggests a possibility of history of trauma? Was there any?
Also, there are mild changes on your upper lumbar region due to which you're facing pain.
Consult a neuro physician and s/he can then thoroughly examine your reflexes and motor and sensory skills in clinic.

Thanks for referring me to this patient on forum consultation. But I am unable to post my comment under the thread there! I attempted twice, but it didn't work! I hope that your team will look into it.

your MRI shows early degenerative changes...its really not something to be worried about but it can lead to a troublesome situation so what you need to do is improve your sitting posture, increase your water intake, take calcium and vitamin supplements....for pain relief use hot packs and pain killer gels...for future management, consult a qualified physiotherapist and they can guide you a few exercises .
