I have consult from physician and kidney specialist in quetta. Some cholesterol symptoms found. I got treatment about more then 6 months. I feel batter now some time when i feel gass and constipation my left kidney feel a bit pain.
How much water do u take daily?? try to keep urself hydrated and do upload ur reports for further n detailed guidance, what kind of treatment u took previously and whats ur weight in kgs or pounds?
Which medicines?? U r quite underweight according to ur age, i cant say much without looking at ur test reports
Take lots of water, ispaghol.
Take green leafy veg in food.
Yogurt is good too.
Keep yourself hydrated
Avoid fatty food (rich in cholesterol)
Take more fruits and vegetables
Keep a check on your cholesterol level if it's on higher side.
May be medication can be started for it but your blood cholesterol level report is a must to check
