Asking for Mother, Female, 64 years old, Karachi
My mum was having trouble and irritation while urinating. She got a urine DR test done from aga khan to know the issue. There is nitrites, haemoglobin and Leukocyte esterase in the urine. Can someone please suggest what anti biotic or medicine should my mum take to finish the infection? I have attached her reports here.

Is this the first time she has had a UTI? Does she have any other medical condition as well? Get a urine culture as well to get the most appropriate antibiotic for the bacteria causing the uti.
Better Go for Urine C/S if not anitibiotics arw taken and look for a Nephrologist.

Flagyl 400mg 1+1+1 5 days
Cranmax sachet 1+1+1 in half glass of water
Drink plenty of water and share her condition after 5 daya

Hello.. well before starting any antibiotic, you should get her Urine culture done in order to avoid resistance.. meanwhile, maintain good hydration and start her on cranmax sachet twice daily
She's having urinary tract infection. Give me some previous history if she has any co-morbidities?? Now which symptoms she presents??
