You can apply towel soaked in cold water and keep it clean. Wash it with soap and water regularly. For pain and itching, take tablet avil 25mg at night.
Usually there is no need for topical creams.

Assalam o Alaikum. its always better to see doctor, as there could be other features of anaphylaxis reaction. if there is only swelling simply take anti allergic like avil and for pain / fever simply paracetamol if required.
take tablet Avil 25mg subha shaam
apply hydrocortisone 1 percent cream
it willget better,also apply some ice cubes over the area
and if other generalized allergic symptoms appear just go to the hospital as that will need the inj avil and dexa.
Stay home tab rigix 10 mg daily at night

Assalamoalaikum, first wash the area with soap and water, then apply cold compressor. Apply Calamine lotion three times a day for 2 days and syp benadryl 1tbsp twice a day for 2 days, Avoid scratching the area. If the swelling still persists do go to the ER they will give you an injection but for now try to do the first steps.
Aoa .. wash the area with soap and water , take an oral pain killer like tab brufen (8 hourly) . Try scraping the sting from the skin. If you have skin irritation/ itching take oral antihistamine. Tab diphenhydramine once a day.. apply hydrocortisone ointment on the skin. Do not scratch it. If you have severe allergic reaction, you should go to the emergency ..
