Firstly brisk walk 5 times a week atleast 30 minutes.
Secondly more fibre diet, no fried food, no rice, no underground vegetables, no things with white flour (Maida in it for example cake etc)

Get your LFTs done first then you need to start statin. Avoid junky and oily foods. Take walnuts. Do brisk walk at least 30min for 5-6 days.. Also get HbA1c, FBS , ECG done. no needof any drug,avoid fatty meal and junk food do regular exercise and wallk for 20 minutes daily,repeat your lipid profile after 3 months
no need of medicine yet , just avoid fried foods and do regular exercise, walking for 30 min.per day for at least 5 days a week will definitely help.
As a physical therapist can only suggest you walk and some managed exercise routine to control your cholesterol.
