I am suffering from headache pain starts from the back end of the skull to both sides of the head than temple area with eye and nostril bone ache it has been from minimum 2 years sometime more severe or less please guide me what should i do thanks
Is there any runny nose or post nasal drip
Have you got your eyesight checked??does your b.p remain in normal range??any postnasal drip or history of frequent sinusitis??

yes i had checked my eyesight the right one is -0.25 and the left is -0.5 but the doctor told me to wear glasses for 10 days to 1 month if the headache doesn't go away don't wear glasses. No i don't check my b.p sometimes i feel little bit dizzy with headache and blurry eyesight. i had kind of severe sinusitis before 5 to 6 years ago because of which i had pain on cheek side but whenever i wake up in the morning i spit phlegm everyday

Kindly consult to the neurophysician for the proper treatment
If you have family history of allergy,, and has sufferred from sinusitis for long time and coz this is winter season,, if you are having fever,, runny or stuffy nose etc and headache,,, you should do Xray skull it's important to do that,, meanwhile I hope your height weight and rest of the health parameters are all of normal person criteria
Monitor your BP regularly for 7 days and get your Xray Paranasal sinuses done ..and report
for now take some mild painkiller like acetoaminophen one daily
check your Blood pressure 1st. if is normal then go to ENT specialist for you detail examination. it may be eye sight or psychological problem.
get X Ray of para nasal sinuses done
and e consult.

My family has kind of allergy in monsoon but i don't have that kind of allergy/post nasal drip i am a student and kind of use laptop daily i thought its because of my posture
