Day before yesterday visited to Hospital, They given Drip with Risek and Nospa, Tomorrow i. taken Risek 40 mg and eat normal breakfast Milk with Chappati after 10 minute had Vomit. still having pain onto upper abdomen and having shortness of Breathing.
I need to ask few questions first; where exactly is the pain?right side/ middle/left? Is it cramp like pain or burning? Any fever? Any vomiting? How’s your urination...any burning or going more often? Are your bowels regular...hard stools or diarrhoea?any cough?is Shortness of breath constant?
for how long and any previous history u had?? did u experience any chest pain along? is it constant or just after eating meals?? what about your bowel habits? diarrhea or constipation? your urine colour or complain of burning urine?
Can u tell since how many days u r having pain?
Do u have complain of constipation?
Take cap risek 40mg 3 days
Take tab librax after meal bd
Take tab motilium bd
If problem is still present then
U can go for ultrasound abdomen
this is due gastric acidity
