How to avoid gas while having 10g Ispaghol Husk daily? it is advised by doctor for incomplete evacuation of bowel regularity but it causes gas. Currently taking it with water. It is helping for bowel regularity but only issue is gas. Would it help to take with yogurt before or after food? Or any other way of taking to avoid gas?

No, I take Spasler-Neo when there are cramps or diarrhea. Otherwise no. Only issue was feeling of incomplete bowel movement which has resolved pretty much with husk.
