Hi. Mujhe ek week pehle right breast se pus ayi thi jo main press kr kr ke nikal di thi. Dr k pas gayi unho ne achi trha chk kiya or kaha k infectiom hai breast main or kuch nhi or unho ne mujhe antibiotic ka course krne ka kaha. Ab antibiotic to main ley rahi ho. Total 14 tblts khani hai ek week main or main almost 8 tblts ley chuki ho breast main farak bhi para hai or swelling or redness bhi kam hogayi hai. Dr ne mujhe breastfeeding bhi continue krne ka keh dya tha. Ab prob yeh hai k main jn apne baby ko breastfeed usi side se krwa rahi ho to nipple per bht shadeed pain horaha hai. Or nipple red bhi hojata hai jb use feed krwati ho plz mujhe bataye ke esa kyu horaha hai jb baby breastfeeed krleta hai to us jaga thori deir pain rehta hai nipple per phir thori deir baad theek hojata hai. Plz help me. Kyacyeh redness is waja se hai k maine pus k time hand pressing se doodh nikala tha takey breast khali hojaye or mazeed pus na bane... ya phir yeh infection ki waja se pain horaha hai?
pain is due to that infection, u take it to milk little but and apply on nipple area this can soothe the pain, after completing ur course must visit your consultant Dr for examination
oh dear patient, please express ur milk from the infected breast n give to ur baby,as repetitive suckling might be causing pain n redness. keep ur medicines continued and followup with ur concerned doctor,thanx
aoa, which antibiotic u r using? any history of diabetes or gestational diabetes? use expressed milk to baby until healing. bcz repeatedly sacking will be painful. if pus still there should examine ur doctor. for any abcess
