My current CBC and LFT reports showing some abnormalities which are attached herewith. Kindly, guide me that what does it show?

Does she have hepatitis? Get HbsAg and Anti HCV done. LFT show hepatitic pattern
Ok. Does she have any yellowness in eyes, face?? CBC is almost alright as Hb is in normal level. so anemia is not present

CBC is normal except for MCV which is mildly raised ,can be due to vitamin deficiency.
secondly its LFTs report which are mildly elevated , can be due to many reasons which may need further information.
i hope it will help.
low MCV is most likely due to Iron deficiency

Her cbc report is fine except mcv slightly raised could be due to vit B12 deficiency. LFT report shows raised values that needs evaluation.
initially complete history is needed. Then few labs like lipid profile and liver scan will be needed. In the meantime avoid fatty oily foods.

Hello..!! MCV is raised which can be an indication of vitamin B12 or folate deficiency. and LFTs are deranged particularly Alkaline phosphatase which can be due to many reasons. Need a detailed history for that. Thank you
nothing to worry, have good diet and some multivitamin.
It shows anemia as your MCV is low which could be due to iron deficiency, also your ALT and ALP are raised. Do you have any issue currently? What’s your weight and height?
Did you recently have any diarrhea or nausea or vomiting?

Since when have you been having irregular periods? Were they regular before that? Since when have you noticed you’ve started gaining weight and how much?

I was married 1.5 years back, having irregular periods since 10 months. Before that, periods were regular

I would suggest get viral serology anti-HAV, HbsAg and Anti-HCV and a liver scan. Furthermore, for irregular periods, get LH, FSH and testosterone.

Your CBC -low MCV indicates Iron Deficiency Anaemia which can corrected by incresed intake of red meat and green vegetables such as spinach....u can also use supplement ( Iberet folic 500 - 1 tab daily for 2- 3 months )
Moreover , Deranged LFTS and alkaline phosphate may include gallbladder stones aswell as numerous other causes....therefore tell account of any other symptom if any ....and ultrasound Abdomen as well screening for Hepatitis A and C ( as mentioned by worthy colleague ) is advisable for conclusive diagnosis
