Talk to General Physician on Wound Scab

I fell on the road while running with my dog, the dog came infront of me while me sprinting and i hurt my arm near the elbow, it got scratched not so deep. Its not hurting or anything but the usual scab that forms on the wound is unusual as its not completely black. Injure date 1st april2020 Picture attached. Please check if its something to be worried about. I did not get the tetanus shot due to lockdown and also i thought its not such a big wound. Its only a inch in square.
