Well last year January I got a pinched nerve at my right arm when I was lifting my baby then after 5 weeks with proper physiotherapist my right arm got perfect.Then after 6 months of my father's death my right eye was twiching because I m also a student of MBA so I mostly use laptops and mobile for studies then my right eye has been twiching for 6 months when I use Laptop and mobile but after six months my left right eye is also started twiching not from the eyelid but under the eye. And sometimes I feels twiching my arms may be because of pinched nerve however it's alright alhumdulillah Please recommend me some medicines and suggestions.
