i got body aches when weather is changed. now days weather is changing little bit this cause me body pains. People are using fan and AC but i cant sit and sleep in Fan and AC my body start paining especially shoulders and body get stiff. i sit without fan and AC for hours. when i awake in morning my whole body is paining, i tried to sleep without fan and AC but after sometime i fell hot so i have to turn on fan. i don't why its happening. this is not happen when weather is extreme hot and cold. but little bit change in weather cause body pain.
