I'm facing sore throat n high fever every month from my childhood. Whenever any one near me having some flue or sore throat I got sick. And whenever I take cold drinks or even cold water I got sick. And usually when I got periods I became sick with high fever n sore throat. Acc to doc. Every time I got bacterial infection. Tonsils are normal. When I was a kid doc said that it will be fine as I grow older. Now I'm 26 but same situation persists. Im fed up of taking antibiotics. Plz suggest me what should I eat or do so my immune system gets strong. Or if u think there is another problem kindly identify.
take CAC 1000 every day. take fruits and vegetables. you should also take multivitamin every day. excercise too.

Your history requires thorough investigations.Try to take vitamin c 1gram everyday eat a balanced healthy diet take teaspoon of good honey everyday plus do regular exercise
