when i wake up i always feel sneezing and i am regularly using Allergy tablet Fexcet D, or some time Kestine 20, Tell me about an allergy test to find out what I'm allergic to?

1. Your complaint appears to be that of allergic rhinitis. However there might be a physical aspect to your problem, such as nasal polyp or a deviation in your nasal bone. An ENT specialist is usually very helpful in guiding you if there is such a case.
2. Allergy tests such as skin test are cumbersome and usually not required. However if necessary, an allergy specialist in your area can help.
3. Try Rhino Clenil nasal spray, on puff in each nostril twice a day. It is very important to stop using Xynoseine nasal spray if you are using it by any chance.
4. If symptoms don't improve, I advise you see your ENT specialist before seeing an allergy specialist.

AoA. In this case there is no harm consulting an allergy specialist. I would recommend this instead of just getting an allergy test
