I have throat irritation for 2 weeks comes and go without any cough and temperature. is it any virus or allergy?

Start the following treatment.
1).Tb. Antial (once daily at evening for next 10 days)
2).Syp. Kroff (1 table spoon 3 time daily for next 10 days)
3.Take 1cup of warm water 3 time daily for next 10 days.
