I have been taking nexum and Iprid sr since 4 weeks now my severe chest pain issue has resolved but I have pain in chest on and off body aches are also a bit too much.i have done major dietary and lifestyle changes but still feel burden on chest and pain now and then radiating towards left and right side of the chest bone. upper back hurts too. I donot eat alot consume fiber rich food avoiding citrus foods donot lie for 3 hours after meal keep myself hydrated have never cooked spicy food. not sure what's happening its giving me anxiety I am breast feeding my 3 month old baby are these medicines Iprid and Nexum safe to take for such long periods.

Itopdide... Ipride.. Should be discontinued during breastfeed.

You can switch to domeperidone.. Tab moti
10mg...1..daily..for a week then gradually taper it off.
