Talk to General Physician on Severe Headache

Salam, I have severe headache? from last 2 days, take 2 Panadol and get some relief( bcz 1 panadol couldn't work on this intense pain) but after some time jab panadol ka asar khatam, pain comes again. This is not happening first time, I'm facing this from almost past 3 years ?.

Main pain occurs in front head especially kanpati side. Pain bardasht say bahar ho jata ha ha, sometimes i even can't move my head. Kindly tell me why this is happening.
