ypu need to check serum creatinine, serum sodium, serum potassium and echocardiograph + ECG.
Sugar affects all systems. Treatment msg par nahi batai jaa sakti. saans ki takleef key liye mareex ko dekhna aur poori history laina zaroori hai.
