Talk to General Physician on Right Shoulder Pain

Hi I have pins and needles like pain in my right shoulder from last 5 to 6 days. It feels somthing like a sharp pin getting pinched in my shoulder..Today it gone very worst.Kindly any doctor on this forum plz help me to find out the reason of this issue .I will be highly obliged. for this act of kindness .
