My son has red rashes first on the face and then down to whole body, he also.has fever, these are very itching like measles, its been 4 days but not gone yet I'm giving anti allergy but no effect, his tongue also have it, i checked on internet his symptoms are matching with scarlet fever/kawasaki fever, pls advice treatment
what is the intensity of fever any other associated symptoms,is he vaccinated or not,consult peadiatrician
