My Blood pressure and pulse fluctuate alot. Sometimes blood pressure goes to 140/70 and sometimes its 115/62 in a same day. And my sometimes my heart beat harder usually after it happens after having tea and pulse goes up to sometimes 90 and sometimes its around 60. Is it due to Thyroid abnormalities?

I think i am having these symptoms just cause of thyroid. I got tested everything except thyroid and vitamin d

I have done all blood tests all were normal including Echocardiogram as well. Is it due to Anxiety or thyroid ?
