aprox ek month s chest m pressure type kuch lagra hai jesa throat tak kch ata ho like air. left side p kch days tak pinch pain s hora tha 4 to 5 days. bp normal ata h mostly low h ata h but heartbeat 90 s above h arahi hai sometimes feel hota h heart bht taiz beat kar raha h while laying down. as sometimes feel that heart is racing and something is happening. why i have this condition ?

haven't done ECG jor consult any doctor as i just felt it some random issue but I'm still facing this issue.
i also have cervical problem and now a days m facing my cervical period.
