Talk to General Physician on Possibility Of Having Covid

Aoa Drs. I have been having sore throat and flu since last two days. Flu is mild but throat is extremely painful & pain is down my neck as well. There is hoarseness of voice also and body ache. Dry cough is there also which i never really get otherwise. No fever till now and oxygen saturation varies between 96% to 99%. My 5 years old son is also having flu. No medical history except for IBS and chronic sore throat due to acid reflux. Moreover my husband recovered from covid one week back. I was the one providing him essentials from outside the room with full precaution. Could it be covid? What can i do to get relief. Pls help.
