your mother report show iron deficiencies anemia ,in this age its matter of concern .
she need further evaluation .
I would like to know her detail history so she is manage accordingly.
Her uric.acid is raised CP normal.S calcium level Uric acid Vit D level should disscused
Her CBC report is fine and there is only a suspicion of Thallasemia minor due to her low mcv and high RBC count and for that ferritin level and HB electrophoresis is being suggested .For herself there is nothing to worry. As Thallasemia minor is just a tendency not a disease .You can just add Folic acid 5 mg tablets as supplement for her. She does not need any iron treatment either. Regarding family screening it should be done only on her kids if someone is still in child bearing age. For details you can have my appointment so that I can explain to you about it in better detail.
