Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Lahore

Please doctor help me to find out the prblem that why am i having pain in my foot fingers ankle and i feel uncomfortable for my knees. My traveling time has increased from 15 minutes to 50 minutes one side. So daily i have to drive almost for 2 hours. Its a manual car. My weight is 96 kg and i am 5' 3". I have a son of 2 years. Duribg his progo i never used multi vit. Plz guide me whether its arthiritus or not. I am quite wehmi tupe of person.

change in routines can cause pain in feet. arthritis does not suddenly come like that.
you should do some physio for stretching of foot and ankle muscles, reduce weight and keep a healthy active life style
